Unlike most excavating companies that primarily do dirt work, Greg Bair chose to specialize in rock breaking. Over the last 12 years, he developed the largest fleet of hydraulic hammer equipped trackhoes in the Kansas City area. He trained each operator in the art of breaking rock efficiently.

Greg Bair has also added specialized trackhoe attachments to perform a variety of tasks. As a trackhoe specialist, Greg Bair Track Hoe Services can provide the right equipment with trained operations for every job.
We began doing pier drilling with trackhoe mounted equipment about 3 years ago. These provide drilling with the ability to get around the basement site easily, regardless of weather.
Most of our work continues to be breaking rock for basement and sewers. Demolition was added to our services using the same equipment. As that part of our business grew, we have expanded the inventory of specialized demolition equipment and attachments. Shears, concrete munchers and crushers have opened up larger demolition jobs. Large push-out demolition trailers make us very cost-efficient in demolition.
Our Latest addition is a track mounted, mobile crusher. This allows us to crush concrete on site and use it for backfill.
Within 12 years, Greg Bair Track Hoe Service has grown from two trackhoes and one employee to over 15 employees and more than 17 Trackhoes. |
